- Stability
- Motion
- Leverage
- Force
STABILITY
- the lower the COG to the BOS, the greater the stability
- the nearer the COG to center of BOS, more stable
- increase stability by increasing width of BOS
MOTION
- Linear motion - movement in straight line; one point to another
- Rotary motion - movement around an axis
- 3 most important Newton's Law:
1st Law - Inertia
2nd Law - Acceleration
3rd Law - Action-Reaction
LEVERAGE
- 1st Class : resistance-fulcrum-force
- 2nd Class : fulcrum-resistance-force
- 3rd Class : fulcrum-force-resistance
- Production; from muscles. Stronger muscle will produce greater force
- Application; effective when applied in direction of travel
- Absorption; impact of force is gradually reduce in distribution to large surface
wah !! good !!
